I don't understand how to try deadlock my friend say that I have to get a key or something and if it not how can I get it?

You wait til someone sends you an access key. Or access pass, call it whatever you want. Fact remains, someone with access has to invite you.

Someone on your friends list has to invite you. You get a notification link in your client and you can then add the game to your library. There are no keys or other methods so be weary about scams.

It's the same thing with dota2, the beta needs invite from people who have access to it.
