I'd advise just blocking him, tbh.
They made themselves a place in the market out of a very specific niche. But that same niche stops them from growing more, because the only way to grow more is to 'betray' the niche that put them where they are.
Either they ditch their no DRM policy and grow their available games, betraying a large chunk of their userbase... Or they stick to their guns and remain a niche market.
What I think they're doing is to play 'boil the frog' since now they're allowing 'soft DRM' in their store.
