The only way you can buy a delisted game is if you can find a key for it on a reseller site. There are legitimate and dodgy sites, buying from the latter opens you up to being ripped off.

That's not eFootball 2021 - that was a standalone game released in 2020 in which the store page has been removed and it has ceased from sale.

The current eFootball garbage they have now was launched in 2021 and is an ongoing free thing.
