Rdr2 and GTA V not showing on my library after family member shared with me through steam library sharing.

Me and a family member wanted to share each others libraries on steam, since we have a lot of different games that each other parts wants to play. First, we did it with the other family member and it worked flawlessy. He could he access all my games on his account according to the rules of steam library sharing. But when we did it on my pc, some games don't show up, including the games I wanted to play the most; Read Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V. However, other games such as Batman: Arkham Asylum and Raft do show up. We have tried the fix where you re-authorize the device and account, but I am still missing some of his games, even though we followed all the family library sharing rules.
How can this be, and is someone else experiencing it? Is there a fix?

Games that require a 3rd party launcher or login can not be shared.

That's a lot of assumptions in one sentence lol. You, who do not know me at all, assume that I'm white, racist and a troll because of a group I made with my friends that has a funny name? It's literally a group I made just because I thought I could invite all members of the group to games that way. Literally haven't done anything with it, and who says it's racist? It's got a name and a profile picture, no steam community guidelines breached, so what's your problem?
