Is it possible to error code 23, if so how

Do you mean fix the error? Is this about a certain game?

Yes, its about EA Sports PGA Tour. I get that error message when I attempt to play in career mode and it prevents me from playing. I was right in the middle of my career when it started happening I've been unable to fix it. So I'm not able to play career mode any more. I did an online chat with EA Sports and what he told me made absolutely no sense. When I asked for clarification he basically just ended the session. Then someone told its a Steam error code. I'm still unable to find any help. I can't believe it hasn't happened to anyone else.
