If a game is banned by Valve, and thusly removed, it certainly isn't mentioned beforehand. After all, such a removal is a punishment and the game devs obviously aren't getting rewarded with extra sales beforehand.
You can't. Isthereanydeal only lists legitimate stores, no scam stores. Publishers generally delist a game everywhere -- and besides, they can't get Steam keys for a game that's not in the Steam store: Steam might be nice enough to give them free keys, but they are not THAT nice to give them free keys and their entire platform for a game that's not even in the Steam store.
A delisted game is a delisted game. Live with it, and play something else.
