Steam: Worse customer support than Blizzard

Well, I've had to deal with Steam Support time and time again, whether it was for Warframe, TF2, whatever. One's only option is to submit a support ticket-- no phone number, no nothing. Not to mention, it often takes a week for someone to respond to my ticket(s), which are ALWAYS about the most basic problems. For example, my most recent ticket was about enabling Steam Guard. I viewed the instructions and followed them, and upon finding myself in the account tab, the option to "manage steam guard settings" was simply not there. I'm sure this is due to some problem that was overlooked in the explanation as to how one enables Steam Guard, and as with all problems I have with Steam, I'm sure it will be tedious, unnecessary, and exceptionally convoluted. Perhaps try to include all of the details in your instructions so I don't need to submit support tickets, then desperately try to search for answers on the internet while I wait several days for a response to questions that baser life forms could answer. Why I even bothered to type this up is beyond me; it's not like anyone should care. I still spend my money, and I won't stop spending it. This is just my anger and I'm hoping at least one person who actually takes pride in their job will look at this and feel at least a little bad. But no one will see this, and if they did, they wouldn't care because Steam is full of unfeeling, uncaring, inconsiderate, unhelpful drones. That's all.

You must not have read them very well as the first thing it states is to verify your contact email so SG can be activated.
