Steam games flickering - Sunshine and Moonlight

For about year I was using Sunshine server to stream from gaming PC to Android TV (Moonlight client). It was working flawlessly but today I saw it's unplayable - constant flickering occures in every Steam game (for example Hogwarts Legacy, Tekken 7). Games also looks much slower on TV (in the same time there are perfectly smooth on display connected to PC). In GOG games it's totally OK (Witcher 3). I didn't update GeForce drivers and Sunshine (or any other configuration) for few months so it's look like Steam problem. For test purposes I have updated gpu drivers and Sunshine to newest ones but issue persists. When I change Sunshine/Moonlight to Steam Link it works with Steam games but I prefer first one because in my case it was working much better. My PC: i5-12400F, RTX 4060
