Some games in my wishlist (unavailable item)

I tried Searching via steamDB app ID because those games were in my top 30 games that I wishlisted but SteamDB shows incorrect items because I never, wishlisted them: FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood & DEATH STRANDING

Can someone trace back these ids what previous games had them?

Right click the words "Unavailable Item" and copy the address.

Google Steamdb appID# from the URL you copied.

How so? I keep seeing this in steamDB, isn't this an ID number changing then?
