Good sandbox games that aren't multiplayer and aren't early access?

I like sandbox survival games, the exploration and the discovery, the tension and resource management, but it would be nice to see one that has more than maybe 5 hours of gameplay.

Can anyone recommend some that aren't in early access and aren't multiplayer only? I loves me some multiplayer, but for my tastes survival and multiplayer just don't mix.

Terraria, minecraft,Fallout 4 if you dont consider that early access, Skyrim.

Edit I heard Elite: Dangerous is a pretty good game too.

sick burn on Fallout 4, but I already own all those games, except for Elite: Dangerous, which I am waiting on it having more to do before I purchase. I was thinking more along the lines of the survival games.
