I don't know about euro much, but $10 can buy some good oldie game. Crystal Caves and Descent are good DOS games.

This is irrelevant. 1 euro = 1.14 dollars mean they are not basically same.

Basically =/= exactly. Basically ~ roughly, which a difference of less than 15% can easily be translated to - especially since quite a few publishers use a 1$ = 1€ price conversion.
