Steam Link Issue

So I have tried all, or at least i think i have tried it all. So my steam link box is connected via ethernet cable directly to my router, and my pc too. Few months ago, out of the blue my steam link just started having the connection icon and it would take it 3/4 times to connect successfully to my main PC. Before, it was perfect, no connection icon and was getting connected from the first try. Did steam link reset, checked my firewall and router and still nothing. Even my my internet speed got increased and still nothing. I usually use steam link to stream youtube/movies and sometimes games, but now is super annoying, i cannnot even watch 1 minute without a lag. Any help or advise is more then welcomed? Thank you in advance.

Do you have brand and model number for your router? If so, please post here.

Enable detailed performance statistics. That'll show you what exactly happens, that icon merely means "yo dawg, something's awry".

The router is ZyXEL VMG1312-B30B, from my internet provider.

It would be best if you use a ethernet or get a new wifi router with at least AC1900.

I am using ethernet cable to connect my steam link to the router directly, and my pc is connected via ethernet cable directly to the router too.

New router will be difficult, as the provider has to approve it. How come, few months ago, this setup was flawless and it was running like this for few years, and then out of the blue it started giving me greave?

Yesterday I was streaming from my laptop over wifi, and no issues, only the stream link box is giving me issues. It is not a problem with my router or internet provider, unfortunately:(

Did you tried steam link app on your phone?

Yes, I did, and i cannot connect to my host computer, comes with some error message to an IP Address

Two main reason I can think. It can be your computer issue or router issue.

Maybe you've canceled an ongoing update by accident...
Do you have tried to factory-reset the steam link?
