What is the maximum level for game badges on Steam?

This support article, in the link below, says that promotion badges can be manufactured an infinite number of times, while game badges have a limit.

I'm at level 5 of Summer Sale 2024 and in Democracy 4 (the only game I have in my library at the time of this post) I am at level 2. In both cases, I bought cards until I reached these levels.

So I want to know, do all games have the same maximum level or is this level different in each game? And what level is this?

All game badges are capped at level 5 for the regular badge and 1 for the FOIL badge.

Summer and Winter sales event badges are technically only limited by how much an account can spend to get them. Right now, the Summer sale regular badge is capped at 60,000+..

Regular game badges have five levels and a single level for the foil badge.
