Steam refund
Hi everyone, previously I bought a game to gift to someone else but I forgot to select the gift option, so the game ended up in my account. I then requested a refund but it’s been 10 days and I haven’t received the money back. I’ve sent 4 requests but they haven’t responded. How can I contact them?

Yes i had email of steam “Your refund request has been received”. But its been 10 days i dont see my wallet back. I asked some players, they said just 1 day

That's just the ticket confirmation, not the refund approval.

Is the new ticket still open? If so, keep it open and don't make new ones.

This means your account is compromised and you need to secure it immediately. Do the following steps in order and without fail:-

Scan for Malware/virus https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
Generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

When those are done, submit a new ticket and it should stick.

If you're not closing those tickets, and they're being closed with no response, it's a good sign that your account is compromised. Follow J4MESOX4D's steps. Once secured again, resubmit your refund ticket.
