How rare is a Foil Badge ???

I just got 1 from Discovery queue and i don't know what is the rarity or how long will take the chance of getting 1 again

I think I only have 2 Foil Cards from
my entire like 16 whatever Years on STEAM...

Dating back from 2011, not counting
Team Fortress 2 Days...

I still have yet to earn any Foil Badges...
& I have pleanty of Games on STEAM...

The entire thread is about FOIL cards and their drop rate.

FOIL badges aren't rare drops.

The math doesn't quite work that way. Each and every card drop has a 1/100 chance of being a foil. You're not guaranteed to get a foil once every 100 drops. You could pull thousands and never see one.

I got lucky then.,.. I created over 100 cards from badges I hoarded and got 2 foil drops

In winter I barely got 1 over 250 cards created by badges
