Ban from the market
I am writing to seek assistance with an urgent matter concerning my Steam account, specifically regarding a ban from the market and a recent transaction with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com.

On March 28, I purchased four AWP skin boxes from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com (20 pounds). Upon opening the boxes, I was informed that the skins I received were not available in their inventory. Instead of providing the skins I purchased, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ offered me a butterfly knife valued at $1600, this offer required me to trade in my own knife, which I declined because it seemed a little suspicious to me to offer a 1600-dollar knife for a 300-dollar one.

Subsequently, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ support suggested alternative trades and, upon my refusal, escalated to threats of banning my Steam account and demanding an additional $400 in Steam keys to unblock my account. These interactions have raised significant concerns regarding the legitimacy and safety of the transactions.

Due to the refusal of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com to provide the purchased product or issue a refund, I contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback process for the transaction, and I received 10 pounds. I have 10 pounds more to receive. This step was taken as a last resort to protect my financial interests and seek redress for the services not rendered.

To my dismay, I found my Steam account banned from the market soon after these interactions, possibly linked to the aforementioned events. I kindly request an investigation into this matter and the lifting of the market ban on my account. I am concerned about the practices of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com and their potential impact on the Steam community. Their actions, as experienced by me, could be indicative of a broader pattern that may affect other users. Therefore, I believe it is in Steam's best interest to investigate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com's practices to ensure the safety and integrity of transactions within the Steam ecosystem.

Attached are the screenshots of my conversation with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com, numbered from 1 to 22, with Image 1 being the beginning of the conversation. I trust that Steam will take this matter seriously and look into the practices of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com to prevent similar incidents from affecting more users.
I can add all the pictures because of the space, but I shared the album pictures to see here: https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=kZuBB9ZCS6lVAzOryz3bNuJW8oQWbo2N8bX

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution and am happy to provide any further information as needed.

I am confused. Was these items given on Steam or another site? If it was a third-party site, did you give them your login information to your Steam account? If yes, your account is more likely hijacked.

P.S. Steam will not look at this topic. You need to contact Steam support (Help > Steam Support).

If you traded anywhere but the Steam Marketplace, then your account got highjacked by the scam site.
ALL third party sites are scam sites.
Items stolen and any bans obtained during the time your account was hijacked will remain.
As account security is the account owners responsibility, ALL actions taken by the account are seen as the account owners actions.
The account owner should the the ONLY person with access to the account.
The SSA states that the person who made the account is considered the owner.

Your account has been hijacked by the scam site you're trying to advertise in your post but Steam fortunately censored. You gave them your account credentials so they've taken over your account.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

If you no longer have access to your account, read this:

To emphasize:
There is no such thing as legit/safe 3rd party Steam item trading/gambling site. They are all 110% scams.

EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.

That screenshot showing KEVIN as certified, gave me a good chuckle. These are scam sites, stop using scam sites.
Uses scamsites, gets scammed.

There's a HUGE disclaimer on the site that any form of staff won't contact you anywhere.

How you still fell for this obvious scam baffles me
