Games you dislike that everyone else loves

If you've been in the gaming community for a while, you probably have that one game you dislike, but everyone else seems to love. In a medium as diverse as video games, you're bound to find one beloved game where you don't understand where the praise comes from. They can be games that you find overrated, boring or just not for you. I wanted to create this thread so people can share their unpopular opinions on various games and to get extra insight into why they feel that way. Before you go deep into this thread, I have a piece of advice. Please be civil. If you come across someone who disagrees with your take on a specific game, I would highly recommend having a discussion or simply agree to disagree. I know not everyone will follow this advice, but just remember that someone else's views should not change your own.

Horizon Zero Dawn. Boring collectathon with a mediocre story.
Ghosts of Tsushima. Another boring collectathon I got so tired of playing I quit after the first island.

In all honesty. It's part of being an individual. On the flipside, there are games that I detest but others adore them and I am cool with it as I respect free will.

Baldur's Gate 3. And just so we're clear, I'm not trying to hate on the game but this is just not the kind of game for me. I get it appeals more to DND kind of gamers, I believe?

mine was nier automata i got a load of angry people trying to bully me in to submission just for saying a dont like the story and i think it was gonna be better if had no connections to nier replicant
