Need help confirmation of code redemption.
Hi,

I had recently purchased steam wallet card of INR 10,000 from Amazon. However the code i received is already used and I am unable to add the funds.

I need proof that the code was already redeemed before 22nd May 10:24 PM IST.

Only this much confirmation will help me create a case with amazon support to get a refund.

I had raised a 3 cases earlier which was closed with a generic answer. Customer support did not even read my concern. The confirmation I wanted did not reveal any confidential information it was only a matter of Yes or No. Is there any other way to escalate it or get the information I am looking for to further the action with Amazon.

Steam would never provide you with such a proof - this is someone's else private info.
Amazon support is trying to stall by sending you on a wild goose chase.

Agreed on confidential information, I am not even asking for that. The only confirmation I need is if that code is already redeemed before or not. A simple Yes or No
Dont need details of by who and when
same with me, they want proof that I am unable to give.
Was it actually sold by Amazon or a third party? If the latter use the A-Z guarantee.
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
