Game where you play as an A.I.?

Hard to title properly but anyway lol.

Does a game exist where the player plays the role of an A.I with lots of freedom in messing with stuff on whatever system its on?
A game that first came to mind for me was Observation, which admittedly I haven't played but have watched on youtube, and it appears you don't have all that much freedom on it, though possible the people that I watched play it just didn't try things out. If that is the case I'd love to know. :p

So yeah, simply put is there a game like Observation out there but where the player, playing as the A.I, has complete control over the system and can do anything from turning off power, eject modules, flush out any oxygen, food, materials (if that's a thing) out into space?
Like, the people on the space station (or whatever) has some mission to do which would be considered the "main story" but the player can freely delay it by doing any of the things I described above, or completely stop it using whatever means the player chooses.

Was rewatching JSE playing Observation and started wondering if something like this exists, and if it doesn't then some company needs to make it a thing as that would be a whole lot of fun lawl.
Resource Management game with a story that can end at any point at the whim of the player sounds like fun to me, with enough interesting mechanics, story and especially reactions of the people you're messing with lul.

I played Observation and it doesnt really fit quite like that once you start playing it as you play as Dr. Emma Fisher

Well in Observation you are controlling an OS (A.I.), following instructions given by Emma.
So what I would love to see is a game where you play as an A.I. like in Observation but you have more freedom and can really mess with stuff.
