Good Low Stress Games

What are some good games that don't strain your hands too much? My hands have been slightly jittery lately and it seems like it might be because I've been playing so much DotA 2 and such. I'd like a good turn based strategy game or something that's fun and not too casual that I can get into. I can only play T rated games for the most part but there could be a few exceptions. Also just a question, does anyone else have shaky hands? I'm only 13 so it's kind of worrying. It's not bad enough to effect writing or anything. It's really only noticable if I hold out my hand or whole arm, you can see it shake. My mom has really shaky hands though.

I have it from my older bro (family sharing FTW), who completely overlooked it. I think it was another Humble Bundle thing...

I've definitely seen it in at least one past bundle so there's always a chance for it to crop up in another.

XCom Enemy Unkown or Enemy Within might be something you're looking for, as long as you have a gamepad. The PC controls are terrible. It's also available on Amazon for Kindle Fire HDX tablets, for $10.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 can be very relaxing. Just try the demo.

you could just browse through the "Casual" games in the Steam Store for some relaxing and easy games. Also "Simulation" games would be a good pick too ;)
