could not give fewer craps about it
other than me writing this statement
So you would have people lose hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of downloaded games from here because they potentially have a genuine complaint?
A person who starts such a topic for me is an SBI employee...
There are six employees to SBI. There are many more people tired of hearing about it, because it's the newest scapegoat for everything that's wrong about gaming. We are capable of agreeing that being anti-male and anti-white is bad. But we also state that being anti-female, and anti-minority is bad.
Wouldn´t an employee defend the company rather than being indiferent to it and talking about the discussions on the company itself? It´s happening on forums for new games, upcoming games and older games. And quite frankly other than the one article on PC gamer, I don´t even see this being covered or talk about anywhere. (not an invitation for youtube grifters videos).
I´ld take it as I sign I should too. Good doing business with ya.

Falacy after falacy.
One employeer of Sweet Baby Inc made a tweet, that´s it. The company it´s not responsible for everything said by their employees. And even then, most videogames pre-productions do count with more than 5 consulting companies, which they don´t even have to listen, it´s just mandatory to get a ESG score, and while you or me may think ESG it´s stupid, it´s a standard of the industry in America by now, like Age Rating, you simply have to do it in order to public your product. Same as a farmer has to fulfill some health controls, a doctor needs a doctorade, or a car driver needs a driver license. Welcome to society, it has rules, who would guess?
Now, any normal person would realize that, given all this, the fact one game devs hires 5 consulting companies and one of them turns out to be Sweet Baby Inc it´s nothing crazy or unusual. But here we are. And what´s even more, somehow, from the games that are going to be consulted by Sweet Baby Inc, it´s the ones with black or female protagonists getting the most hatred, most threads with the most posters, and the most thread evolving into pure insults and having mods closing them.
And doesn´t that "marvelous" group speaking against SBI has a curator team that had to block communications because Valve warn them about dowright breaking the ToS in their threads? Curious, you would think "the good guys" don´t need to be called out on behaviour on their own groups where they don´t have to fight any "lefties"... and yet, communication closed to avoiv toxicity. Those people are not normal, and if you happen to be, boy let me tell you, you should reconsider whomever you decide to call a companion/friend.
Yes, this is the group that started it all. As you can see, they had to block communications, apparently just on a the first days of creating the curator group the levels of hatred and biggotry on their post and forums was so higher than Valve contact them and told them "moderate this or we close it", and even they, the suppposed new heroes of alt-rights on Steam couldn´t control their own people HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Reminds me of the current American politician Vivek Ramaswamy, born in America with Indian heritage, presents himself to lead the conservative party... every conservative voter says "I will never vote for a muslim, not after 9/11" LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Vivek has the chance to realize he´s an outsider inside a racist ring, they don´t care where exactly his family is, they are unable to understand every single one of them it´s the son of migrants, they can´t even differentiate between indian and Middle eastern cultures... but I´m sure Vivek will defend this attacks, "they ar enot racist, they just don´t know me yet".
That´s the funny thing about the "anti-wokers", they move in mass just because they continue to perceive an invisble enemy, a wave of "lefties trying to replace white people" or some other completely baffling and cuckoo takes, but the reality is that if you were to put more than 20 together in one room, you would only need 5 hours to see them tear apart each other, the moment they are together in that room, they will slowly gang on one of them for having a too much dark skin, for dressing like this, for looking like that... It´s a grift, that´s all this "anti-woke" thing is, it´s a marketing thing working for people like Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, Ron Desantis.... Shapiro will never be the hollywood writer he wanted to be, Peterson has being desqualify for most of the scientific community, Desantis it´s threated like a ♥♥♥♥♥ by his idol Donaldo Trumpo (Whom it´s bleeding money like a wounded pig, can´t get a loan anywhere, and the facade of his "sucesfull rich 90s guy" it´s about to collapse... but I´m sure Americans will choose him as their leader again, that´s what happens when more than half the country is home-schooled and higher education is hidden under inmense fees)... so that´s it, "anti-woke" it´s all they have to try to cling to a culture war fabricated by the media to get this idiots to spend money on "anti-woke beer, liberal tears water, freedom shoes".... it´s a grift, this people ar ebeing milked, and I did find it hilarious when it was happening outside of Steam. Now that they won´t stop infecting every game forum on steam it´s just annoying.

That´s the great thing about being an adult, you can choose. Don´t worry, kid, you´ll get there in a few years. Meanwhile tell dady to stop forcing you read forums.
