Epilepsy Warning
I get those, cramps. Had physiotherapy because of that but it didn't help.

I have a medical history with my brain. Got surgery on the right side. The brain controls the opposite side of the body, and i'm getting cramps on my left side shoulder.

So yeah... I Googled it a bit, nothing specific actually came up. Nothing useful anyway. What should i do if i think i could have this photosensitive epilipsy?

Your guess is as good as mine.

As already said speak to a Dr. But cramps (assuming you are describing your symptoms correctly) are not a symptom of epilepsy of any form.

Now I wonder if there is a market for photosensitive gaming.

Games for epileptics.

Games that have anything that may trigger an epilepsy attack are REQUIRED to display a warning on screen every time the game is booted up.
It is the players responsibility to not play if they have epilepsy seizures.

agreed also. for photosensitive epilepsy, people need to get refered to a neurologist, and avoid playing games until a doctor says its safe to do so.

you cant self diagnose epilepsy as its a neurological disorder that can only be diagnosed threw EEG testing-sometimes it involves having to stay in hospital for days while undergoing possible triggers,it isnt very nice if you do have epilepsy but its for the best as it can help some people find out how to avoid the triggers.
i have multiple forms of severe epilepsy; status epilepticus (life threatening non stop seizuring) and grand mal epilepsy (or what they now call tonic clonic epilepsy). since a toddler,i have to wear medical padded helmets and im on high doses of multiple anti epileptic drugs but still have seizures every day.it damaged part of my brain but i still enjoy gaming, albeit using various workarounds.

i do have weird and very overloading feelings while gaming sometimes, where i go semi concious but i was tested for photosensitive epilepsy many years ago and i didnt have it, i have since worked out that so much sensory overload, visual and mental procesing causes an almost shutdown in my head.

Going to webMD AND steam forums is next level. Go see a doctor if you can, even a simple phone appointment
