Discord Registered games

when i look to see what my recent games are in the discord settings i noticed a game from steam called APB Reload but i've never played that game and it shows up that i played the game recently.

This is the path and i cant see any further than "Common redist" file but i searched in there and theres no game by that name. what could this be? just a bug or malware?

I might be mistaken so don't quote me on this, but iirc the common redistributables are not actual games but just supporting third party software like older directX, physx, runtime libraries and that sorta thing.

apb reloaded of course is a game, so not sure why it would pop up like that on discord, maybe the id is wrong in discord or something, no idea
