Are there any Superhero Single Player games?
Where you can create a unique superhero (kind of like DCUO and CoH/V) and save the world?

I seen that!
I know CoH has City of Heroes Homecoming p-server now, which was awesome
But, I'm looking for a single player experience.

The Steam version of this is kind of broken. The GOG version is better, but you’re still better off running it under XP or Linux if you can.

They are older games from before steam had those requirements. Its an older game and not hard to find.

I've seen some reviews when I went there to link it but I own the physical copies of this game so I would not buy it off Steam anyways. I'm pretty sure that it could be made to work under Win10 with some minimal fiddling around. Most "gamers" aren't computer literate so I'm not surprised it get bad reviews just for this, most people don't even know how to set up compatibility options... It certainly wasn't a hard game to run like other oldies I know off so I wonder if those reviews are actually founded or not.

The Steam version doesn’t even run right (Minuteman refuses to move, which is kind of a problem) on Windows 7, lol (hilariously, the Steam version has the same issues when run under Linux/wine as well). The prevailing advice I found for fixing that involved replacing the Steam .exe with GOG one in which case you may as well have just bought it on GOG in the first place. I recall the GOG version being glitchy as well, but I haven’t tested it recently.

I realise that it might not work out of the box in recent Windows versions. Did you try to use compatibility options? 99% of the time I fixed all my problems with older software with 2 clicks.
