Money being held as pending after selling the item on Community Market
Hi,

I have steam authenticator installed for a long long time now. Lately I've noticed that when I sell any items on the community market, the first 2 to 3 items are sold fine and I get the money in the my wallet. After this threshold if I sell any items, the money I get is put into pending.
Now I have balance which I can use and balance which is in Pending.
Why am I facing this issue? I'm a old steam user who never had any account or payment related issue. I've always had the mobile auth on and I can even login easily by scanning the QR code.
I wanted to write an email to steam support regarding this and wasn't able to figure my way around it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Fraud protection for Valve.

Support can not remove or reduce the hold times.

Read the email you received for selling the items.

I told everyone the middle of last year that the system Valve has in place is only going to become more strict and flag more sales to put money on hold.

I mean, why even do that? I know how to keep my account secure. I've never had any problems with my account security. Never had an monetary issue on steam market. I have installed whatever was provided by steam for a long time now.
Why put a hold now?

They can't put a rule in place for just some of the users... Blame all the people who DO fall for obvious scams or allow their account info to be phished. This is there to protect them.

Were you selling these items all at once? If yes, the system was triggered by that action.
