If you want continue playing this Game on VAC secured Server then create a new Steam Account and rebuy the Game but the first thing you should do is to format your hard drives and reinstall Windows on it to make sure the Cheat is completely removed.
Simple removing the main executable of the Cheat won't get you entirely rid of it.
You won't be able anymore to play the Game on VAC secured Server.
Also if you had any CS:GO Items they are now locked to your current Steam Account as part of the punishment.

Of course it only works if the Server Administrator put sv_cheats to "sv_cheats 1".
1) Since you have made unauthorised changes to someone else's computer programme you are technically a criminal. Be thankful that Steam didn't press criminal charges or sue your bottom.
2) If your fate was decided by the community rather than Steam you'd have ended up hung, drawn and quartered not banned.
S.x.
P.S. Another bonus. Another hacker and cheat banned. People like you ruin online gaming for honest players. Like drugs in sport you also lead to suspicion falling on the talented and occasionally the lucky. Massive amounts of Valve's employee time and their money have to be spent stopping numptys like you from spoiling everyone else's games. These are games that Valve will have spent millions of dollars creating and refining and their honest customers will have spent their (or their parents') usually hard earned money to buy. People having bad experiences due to cheats and trolls puts people off gaming, reduces Valve's income stream, and potentially threatens jobs and investment in new games. There can be innocent victims - people whose accounts are hacked and then as well as flogging off all their saleables the hackers play their games with illegal hacks. But generally the hacks are used by people like you. If you're not good enough to play without the hacks you're not good enough to play.
I know the fact that you can't ban or unban anyone so more or less it is trolling.
Believe what you want, only reason they say its not possible is to avoid a mass of threads like this
They won't unban you.
You knew the risk. Deal with it.
Don't bother them, you admitted that you used something you shouldn't use.
The ban is permanent.
