Gaming becoming boring...?
Is it just me or am I becoming bored of gaming, I have somewhat many games in my library and most of them are good games. But I can't really decide what game to play cause I get bored of it so quickly now and I've also become less active in gaming or just basically steam all together. Playing with friends also doesn't change my view on me getting bored so fast. LIKE WHY ;-; this isn't me. Aaaaaah.

Is mah love of games fading away, guys? Or is this just depression whats happenin here. Aaaaaaaaahhhhhh

Maybe you are getting old. And you have less tiem to play games, so you rush through them.

Happens to me sometimes...

I used to have entire days to play PC, now I only have 2-3hrs a day to play PC. So I sometimes tend to rush a game spoiling the fun of it.

PC is a big time consuming hobby.

Perhaps you need to dip your feet into a new genre? Perhaps you are lacking excitement due to the same styles of gameplay?

I am at the same crossroad dude. i work a lot so gaming isnt something i have time for but when i do i tend to rush through it and get bored and real liked i have missed a big part of the game. your gonna get to the point when you may just play a game every now and then. Also what lofts said different style of game could be all you need. i have grown bored of the same type of games.

I was a PS4 gamer before 2 or 3 months and got bored of all the games I have and decided to try dota, now I'm addicted to dota and CS:GO and spend hours and hours of playing. I think you need to try something new maybe?

I have tried doing this before, but after playing a game with different gameplay or genre for a few days or weeks, I immediately become slightly interested in playing the game than I used to. It's annoying as hell. Like the Dragon Age series for example, loved it, got bored of it after a few days.

Maybe try to play diferent games at same time. Instead of playing 1 to the end.

This may cause you to dont ever finish the said game, but who cares...
Games are a hobby not a job, right?

I'm currently playing SFV, ARK, Rocket League and Disgaea 5 and I just rotate when I get fed up of one of them. It might be that because I'm always playing something different It keeps things fresh.

Aw I know that feeling! Try not to worry too much about it, I'm sure your desire for gaming will spark up soon, you're probably just going through a dry-spell ;w; just try not to /force/ yourself to play anything though, that might make it worse a lil worse

You might just need a break from gaming.
