Best Moddable Game ever?
Looking for a moddable game that could run on an Intel graphics 4400 card that can have mods, both steam workshop or unofficial that have to be installed manually (example, FF7 or 8 graphical mods or such)

You don't have to post just games that I can play on my laptop, share any that needs a high end pc too, just make sure to mention it so I know. :) (Example, Ive heard ARK and Skyrim are good for mods, but the great mods you can add are very resource heavy)

So...What do you think is a good game for mods? Also please mention whether you can get the mods through steam or not (manually installing) etc;

Oh and give a few example/s of mods for the game you selected would be good.

Thanks.

-Any Elder Scrolls game (just not the mmo).
-Medieval 2: Total War
- ARMA 2/3 (pretty resource heavy games)

Skyrim is probably the best just for the sheer number of mods available. Most of the Fallout games have a lot of mod content available as well - the Creation Kit for Fallout 4 hasn't been released yet, but once it is, I suspect FO4 will start to rival Skyrim for mod content. Minecraft is another one that has really been improved via mods - if you use Feed the Beast or another mod launcher, there are tons of cool mods to pick from.
