I play 7 days to die. I love that game, had it since alpha 1 long before steam.
This isnt a I need friends post. Its why cant most companies make a decent zombie mmo?
Go fire up 7 days. of all the servers, only like 2 have 20 + players And I have bases on both. I am used to I guess, servers more like Rust, Arma 3, Ark, where you have a minimum of 60 + players.
7 Days cant support that, so that is why I said you wont find many servers to keep over 20 players. If you could keep 50 to 100 on their and have minimum performance issues, I think it would even be more popular.
I play most these games solo, I just like being on servers that feel alive, Ark and Rust are alive, but have no zombies.
7 days is alive, but has no real populated servers due to engine limitations.
Rust was never sold on Steam as a zombie game.
Rust was sold before Steam. ANd it had zombies, but they early on did state they were only place holders. I had rust back when you could play it in your web browser
Yes, I know.
And you know that Rust was never a zombie survival game yet put it on your list of zombie survival games.
No it was a zombie survival, he did not state that the zombies were place holders until after many made the purchase. He did state, long before steam release that they were place holders, but early on they were to be there, but he quickly changed his mind.
I also added the game to my list to show that survival games are popular*I added it merely cause it did have zombies at one point. It is i no way intended to smear that game.
I am just saying, with all the survival and zombie hype around, why cant any of these devs make 1 decent multi player zombie mmo that they actually care about.
Rust is clearly cared for.
7 days to die is clearly cared for-though its more geared for single player and co op rather than MMO style.
Dayz, has a strong following and cared for.
H1Z1-TBD
ISS-Warz-a joke
The Dead Linger-Bad Investment-game removed off steam
Aftermath-Warz 3.0
Only 7 Dayz to Die & Project Zomboid are holding down the zombie gerne & neither are built to be MMOS.
Sad day. Where is the Blizzard & Bioware of the ZombieMMOS?
