What sort of content are you looking for in a game that's mature and "girl" geared?
i am a girl and a gamer and am actually confused on what you mean?
Are you talking about like a game with sensual/sexual scenes (like in Witcher) but with the lead character being a female instead of Geralt? Then again, those scenes are all hetero so should work for straight/bi/pan women just fine, maybe?
Are you looking for Visual Novel type games where girls romance male characters, rather than the male character being the lead? If so, games like that do exist...
But i can't really make recommendations for you because i don't actually understand what you mean by "mature content games for girls"???
What *specifically* are you looking to see in a game, that you can't find? Then maybe i, or someone else, could recommend for you better?
Or if you're too shy to say, maybe list some of the names of "mature content games for boys", so people can look into what kind of content those games have, and try to think of games that have "reverse content" (i guess?) that you might be interested in?
It really does depend on what you MEAN by 'mature'. There are a zillion 'visual novels', with strictly speaking explicit content. If you mean just ... y'know, showin male parts, there are also mods for games like Fallout and Skyrim which make it considerably more fun to steal clothing off the characters backs >_> (and, not coincidentally, more difficult to remember not to upload funny pictures because they're buck naked...)
Otherwise, like... play what you like? Use the filters and Steam Labs to explore for games?
Visual Novels I think?? I usually just put in Mature Content...lol Games might includes sexual content, nudity and such, like I saw a few like Acting Lessons, Koikatsu Party, House Party such and such it's just the main characters are all guys and there's no romance options towards guys.
Oh the mods for Skyrim and Fallout are HEAVEN;p Wished there's more for Fallout though.

Steam version is censored but has a free optional "adult content" DLC. And there are quiet a few of those.
Just browse the " Otome" tag, which are Romance/Mature Visual Novel aimed at female players.

Lots of customization and full nudity...

If you looking for something similar - Sims 4 has various adult content MODS available from Wicked Whims on Lovers lab. From group orgies to gay/bi/lesbian pursuits not to mention BDSM. And yes all for free.
I have had to purposefully avoid that game because I would instantly become a giggling teenager playing with sliders. >_>
You should look into Otome sub genre of Visual novels. Those are specifically geared towards female audience. Just search for "Visual Novel Otome". You can also search for "Visual Novel" with "Female protagonist".

Add "sexual content" and/or "nudity" for specifically mature content.
If you're into playing lesbian relationships, look for Yuri Visual Novels.
Outside of visual novels, you should look for games that either have defined female protagonist or allow you to choose gender.

I agree with other posters. Your best bets are The Elder Scrolls & Fallout games, especially Skyrim. As far as I know Skyrim has the most, and widest variety, of sexual mods across multiple sites. Fallout NV is probably second. Such mods exist for TES IV Oblivion, and Fallout 4 as well. Fallout 3's collection, IMO, is sparse.
You need to get Mod Organizer 2 from Nexus. MO2 can be used for Oblivion, Skyrim (both Original & Special Edition), Fallout 3/NV/4. It can be used for all sexual as well as non-sexual mods. In my opinion it's the best Mod Manager for BGS games. Nexus also separates it's mods by game, with Skyrim LE mods in a second section from Skyrim SE mods. You can find tutorials for installing MO2 on YouTube, same for learning how to use it. Get EnBoost for Skyrim.
You'll probably need the framework from LoversLab appropriate to the game you're using. Check mod descriptions carefully on LL; some content is not for the faint of heart. Their framework is needed for many, though not all sexual mods, even if they're not from LL. This site also separates content by game. There are additional sites for adult mods for Skyrim.
As far as I know most mods for Skyrim SE will not work on Skyrim LE, and vice versa.
As at a minimum you'll need, for Skyrim, the following from Nexus.
Skyrim Unofficial Patch
FNIS (Fores New Idles In Skyrim)
Sky UI (Enables the Mod Configuration Menu)
You may also need to get animation packs, depending on what specific mods you want.
