It's possible that some server broke; Steam generally tries to not make this a full failure of the site -- instead, some data might be missing for some people.
I think my post was not clear enough. The data is there, the link is broken.
It works in all games for me except perfect games (with full achievement). Only perfect games have this problem. I can still see the data by following the store page link instead of the game's library page.
This happens in every game with full achievement. Go to the library, select the game, click on the my achievements tab, click on the global stats, and all the stats are %0. Conversely, if you find the game's store page, click on the achievements tab and try to see the percentage of players that got the achievement, there you see the data.

This might be normal for this particular game since I got the achievement a short while ago. However, when I checked to see if this was a common problem, all the games I checked (6-7 in total) were the same way. Now they are all back to normal, this one will update in a while I guess. Sorry for bothering, but this was what I was seeing...
Classic situation if something broke down on Steams side. They don't like "failing" with a hard error (Browser just giving you a "Error 500 Internal Server Error"); instead, they fail "soft" in the sense that data will be missing. Their webpage generator isn't necessarily able to completely remove the display, so it might end up showing garbage.
