Where do they sell Steam wallet cards

CVS, Albertsons. Your best bet is if they sell gift cards they will most likely sell steam cards.

It should tell you the stores on https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode, though, at least it tells me the two German ones for me on there.
