Would having gore thats drawn get me banned

So I wanted to cahnge my profile pic but I am not sure if I will get banned. What do you all think?

Also the rules are simple, everything you upload and present on your profile, be it your avatar or artwork and such must be suitable for users 13+ and older.
So everything overly sexualized or gory is forbidden, no matter if "real" or drawn.
Exception is artworks or screenshots that are specific to a certain game, like say a bloody zombie artwork for a Resident Evil hub art section would be fine but will be restricted to that hub.

For your profile, the public rules apply, so nothing over 13+.
