You bought a key from a dodgy third-party site and now expect someone to fix your mistake.
I, and the others, gave you all the information you needed.
Sort it out with the site you bought the key from.
If the key was bought from a proper key seller - who get their keys from the publisher or developer - the key would be available on that site in your account section. Sites keep records of activated keys.
If the site you bought the key from does not have that section, it’s not Steam issues.
Steam can’t supply you a key that could be used to claim an account on another site.
