Non si trova la KEY dopo aver attivato un DONO

Acquisto a 68 euro COD MW2 su G2A e invece di una KEY mi arriva un LINK definito "dono". Seguo la procedura e lo attivo su STEAM e ho giocato già qualche mese...poi sono iniziati i problemi di CONNESSIONE STEAM dove ricevo penalità per essermi disconnesso (ma sempre a causa di steam). Allora cerco di individuare la KEY del mio gioco e NON VIENE VISUALIZZATA ! A questo punto riscontro l'impossibilità a contattare l'assistenza STEAM perchè di fatto NON DANNO NESSUN METODO DI COMUNICAZIONE ma rimandano a domande o a chi ha venduto il prodotto. Il prodotto è stato ATTIVATO !!! ma NON PERMETTE di visualizzare la key e non so più dove sbattere la testa. Possibile che uno debba ricomprare il gioco, perchè in questa piattaforma l'assistenza è inesistente ?

The problem is that during online "classified" matches it kicks me out of the game due to disconnection from the server and the problem is not the game, because my teammates continue online peacefully, but it is STEAM that disconnects. When he comes back online after maybe 10 minutes, they penalize me with deducted points and minutes of suspension. So I asked STEAM for support and I can't get an answer. They therefore suggested that I do a test, uninstall STEAM and then REINSTALL IT, so have the KEY ready to reactivate the game and check if the problem is solved. Unfortunately THE KEY is not visible on STEAM and the only thing I received when I made the purchase is A GIFT LINK !

Don't overthink this! Just uninstall Steam (which will uninstall the game as well), reinstall Steam, log into the same account, download the game, play.

yes but the NOT LOGICAL thing is that for all the games purchased and present in the library, I have the KEY and for COD MW2 it does not exist! the site you bought from is not a legit key reseller. they didnt sell you a key, they violated the SSA by using a steam account to run a business by selling game gifts. stop using that site. it is filtered for a reason.

Hey OP, Steam stopped showing the activation key for games years ago. Activision Support is WAY behind the times.

If you need your activation key, it's freely available on the account page of the site you bought it from. Note, if you bought if some random keyseller, and not one of the reputable sites listed here: https://isthereanydeal.com/ well then you only have yourself to blame. Steam is not responsible for keeping track of your keys.

Also, seriously stop yelling. This is 2023, and none of us are impressed by the '97 fear caps. It doesn't make what you're saying any more urgent or impressive, it just makes what you're writing more difficult to follow.

I don't blame myself for having purchased a product on an official site like G2A, if anything, avoid making idiotic comments if you don't understand the problem! The purchase I made was made "PAYING"....do you understand the term indicated? once purchased PAYING I was told that I bought a "GIFT"....and I'm not screaming, I'm highlighting the terms better for those like you who don't read and write random nonsense! If I buy, I PAY....and if I paid with current money like the euro, NOBODY HAS GIVEN ME ANYTHING! The code was never given to me, and Activision asked me for the purchase code which no one has given me yet. G2A is not an official retailer for Activision games.

I should also add that STEAM's assistance totally sucks, therefore it is not appropriate to criticize that of acrivision, where the staff at least responds to requests for assistance. I have asked steam to provide me with the product key as I have been provided with an 'activation link' indicating I have purchased a gift now call it what you like but I call it 'purchased software' so I need the activation key. Steam has been logging out for months, thus causing in-game penalties and problems with my account, but I have never received an answer for this. So before criticizing activision and being "professors".... maybe think about it and get it right!

You can also blame Activision for using the connection to Steam's online host as a requirement for their games on Steam.

You literally should have just purchased the games from Battle.net . It would have saved you all the trouble.

I wanted official confirmation on the legitimacy of "G2A" which sells products online and claims they are regular! I have a regular invoice and I will legally activate a legal complaint procedure! the fact remains that STEAM support totally sucked at never replying to me!
