Is Comodo Antivirus so bad?

Are there better alternatives than the crap Windows Defender and Norton?

Comodo comes with more than an antivirus. It also autosandbox things and has rule sets for things on the computer.

What happens if you disable the sandbox?
I never used the sandbox feature back then, as i found it more secure to prevent new things from running until i decide if they should run.

Sandbox was meant to reduce trouble, but usually creates it.

Don't waste your money on any third party antivirus software if you're on Windows 10 or 11. You're just throwing your money down the toilet.

I hate most Antivirus's, I only run windows defender, less of an impact on the system, So I can't really say myself if its bad, but I just don't feel the need for a 3rd party AV anymore.

Windows Defender is actually pretty good and free

I still rmb when i made a cynical remark of it being ♥♥♥♥ and ppl mocked me

So I guess, it is not that bad anymore.

Yeah, Windows Defender works good now.

Avast is what I have, free, not paid, and it's something I need to switch off of, but I'm lazy.

Third-party antivirus is only good for people living in tier countries. Most first world countries are now using server sided antivirus.

I only use Win Defender. It hardly or never cause any problem unlike Norton. That is one resource hog of a program. Though NOD32 & Kaspersky worked wonders.

Comodo is....complicated. I used to like it but now it justifies the existence of heavy flamers in my eyes.

After installation (preferably ESET) be sure Windows Defender is (re-)enabled additionally as well.

I allways forget why i uninstall it, but it causes trouble. I remember at least it prevents speed tests (upload). But there was something else.
