We need to wait 3 days to send gifts?
I have a family member who is trying to send my sister a gift for the holiday.

He just opened his account and gets an error message that my account is not eligible to send this gift.

From a quick search I found that he cannot send the gift unless we are friends for at least 3 days, can someone confirm if this is still a thing? And if it is why would this rule exist? I can't think of any way to exploit gift giving without a countdown...

Than 3 Days sounds like a good enough time to wait and also scam blocker until people get their accounts back.
