Account deleted

I need help. About 3 months ago I got a steam account from a friend that had Rocket League on it. I played just fine til about a month ago where i didn't play at all. Today I tried to re log in that account and it appears the account had been deleted ? Email address is valid, credentials are valid but steams tells me to check my credentials. My friend cannot have recovered the account because I had already changed the credentials and email, and i asked him personally but he didn't try anything. Steam support cannot be contacted so I'm hoping someone has a solution

the owner of an account can recover the account regardless of changes made to the account.

if its not your account, you do not use it. you and your friend violated the SSA and that is grounds for ALL related accounts (yours and your friends) to be permanently locked and/or TERMINATED. as far as steam is concerned, you stole the account.

the solution is for you to not use accounts you didnt create. the solution is for you to learn what you agreed to and honor it.

It's possible the account has been outright terminated. After all, you are not allowed to transfer accounts. The real account owner would've got a notice of deletion/termination assuming they didn't trigger the process themselves.

I think termination of the steam accounts rarely happens like there are literally gazillion of ppl. breaking the steam TOS everyday like majority of them were not even terminated completely, this is just my opinion about it.🤷

gotta get more technical to violate steams wonky rule system. like Dark said, every steam usuer will eventually violate the rules, just don't get caught like in real life. #freedom
