If you want to login, open the Steam website by yourself (bookmark), then login. After that may click on the random links people send you. If it leads you to a Steam website and it still asks you to login: It's a phishing site.
And no, Steam support don't contact you via Discord. No, the Support will not ask you to trade items to your friends. No, you won't get banned just because a random person reported you.

The vote for my team message/link is nearly a decade old scam.
Glad it's known about, i've had steam since 2004 and never came across it.
Pay attention to the general forums and you'll see variations of it and other scams every week.
And even back then it was widely known.
