you have yet to give a reason they should enforce it
while
"i want it"
is a valid reason to ask for something
it is not a compelling reason to force those that do not
Good example, bad argument. I don't see how you going over an arbitrary limit is a good example for not supporting a feature?
I have a hard time seeing how that explains why quake1 with 15kb saves shouldn't have cloud support?
That was just one example of many. Some of which have been answered above.
That game came out so long ago. The developers are probably retired by now.
Where did i claim it this was a hostage situation? i'm simply explaining to valve how you provide a better service.
Meanwhile we have you noobs saying that this wouldn't provide better customer service.. You're actively saying this is bad for customers. Like a bunch of dum-dums
Q1 came out several years before steam. Because you're not well versed in gaming culture, i really don't think you're smart enough to tell anyone what would and wouldn't provide better customer service.. I remember telling you this back in May
Imagine thinking ID software is dead when we have Doom 2016 and Doom eternal xD
People who don't know me think what they want. It's fine.
Valve provides the features, developers choose to either use them or not, period.
Read what I said again, carefully.
This guy don't know who John Carmack and John Romero is, yet he thinks he knows you should provide customer service xD
If only he listened to me back in may...
You need to read what I said carefully. You are misinterpreting everything I have said, the entire thread.
Nothing hinders valve from providing cloud saves to everyone. Period.
I did and i correctly interpreded it as you trolling / talking ♥♥♥♥... You clearly don't know what you're talking about and everyone can safely ignore what you're saying.
what?
where is this
"hostage"
stuff coming from?
you want valve to force devs to use the cloud system
all in the name of consumers
for some reason forgetting that devs are consumers as well
and that not all of us use it
i say give them the choice
which is the most consumer friendly?
Valve does provide the feature already.
You aren't reading carefully.
