How do you appeal to a permanent ban?

Every game forum here, Steam staffers always say an excuse: "they have a specific rules" blah blah blah, and you have to go to them to beg, and nothing that Steam mods can do about the ban.

So, what happen if you can't appeal because they hate you? Where do you go to look for help next? Nowhere?

Well, that is not much of an answer there, is it? What if the mod there was just being unjust?

if you feel a game hub moderator was unfair, take it up with that games developer. they are the one that decides who will moderate their forum.

steam does provide moderation as well in game hubs if the game developer opts in. double check your ban notice to see who issued it.

It's from one of their staff, but so how do I respond to them directly in Steam, if I got ban? Not to Steam mods.

Your previous ban history can be taken into consideration on future warnings/bans, yes.
