My Destiny account got banned permanently !

I received a message stating that my destiny account was permanently banned by the developers from all cross save platforms.

I own this account since 2014 and i've never ever violated any code of conduct that might risk my account to get banned, have invested my life on this game, this is very harsh and feel that i was wrongly victimized.

in the ban message they didn't mention the ban reason which is very weird, if they think that i've made a mistake then i have the full right to know the reason behind it.

although i was banned, i still have access to the companion app but i can't play the game anymore.

i was playing normally then the next day prior to launch the game i got the ban massage.

i've sent an appeal to Bungie to left the ban on my account but still there is reply from them.

so if anyone from you guys has faced the same issue please help me out it will be much appreciated.

you wait for them to reply. steam only enforces the game ban, it did no issue it.

i've been waiting for 2 days now, how long does it take to receive a reply.

it takes as long as it takes. maybe you should try asking in their forums about it.

Nonsense. You are always told the reason, you're intentionally leaving details out.

I have read this article many many times now since the ban came out and it’s not even helpful at all, it’s a fixed script with fixed info but nothing directly aims why they are really banning you.

Therefore I will not be chasing this any further, it’s been a great ride Destiny.

I agree, to add on this what makes a certain game stand out than the other, it’s the service provided after you buy the game not when you buy the game, this thin line of reality makes a lot of differences here.

You aren't banned, the account is banned.

Also, you're not reading the help page carefully enough. They list every reason for a ban in their game. Deliberately being obtuse is pointless.

If you have invested you life in a game then you should step outside into the real world and get a real life .

Then take a capture of it and post it here in its full form removing any account name if it shows.
