DISCORD MESSAGES ON STEAM

Hey.

So I'm having a problem with some games, where Discord messages don't pop up on screen while I'm playing certain games. Whenever I play Tekken 7, the messages do show up on the screen (top left); but whenever I play any other game, like Killing Floor 2, for example, these never show up. I just hear the sound but can't see the message.

How can I fix this issue? I want the messages to pop up in all the games I play.

Exclusive full screen disables seeing such thigs.

I do play in borderless but the notifications still don't pop up

Also discord handles whether the overlay is enabled on a game by game basis, it may or may not even be enabled on that game if you haven't manually checked it
