They can just deem someone a sociopath and remove them. Especially based on hearsay. That's what reports are for.
APD is not however in the Legally Sane situation at all, as a matter of fact to act antisocial is not a crime in the US, nor is it anywhere on the planet for all that it matters, to be antisocial means to basically dislike interacting with others and other defined terms that I rather not just copy paste the document of to here but to sum it up its far from illegal, or even a punishable crime.
If it was then I can say right now that two family members fighting would be deemed a court case and siblings fighting would also be justified in the court if being antisocial was illegal..
Sociopathy can't a diagnosis until adulthood(18). It is not diagnosed in young children.
Doctors actually aren't allowed to diagnose it until 18.
And yet teenagers can mass murder people.
I've seen little to no problem on this platform. Then again, I can simply scroll past what I don't like without having a heart attack.
I will never understand why others cannot do the same.
Cool.
Sociopathy is very specific and not defined by one event. It actually isn't called sociopathy, it's actually Antisocial Personality Disorder. Also, 18 is still a teenager.
