You can report it. I doubt much more than deleting the post will happen, though. And when in game hubs, it's quite possible that game hub moderators aren't interested in dealing with it to begin with.

Pretty much this. I know a couple of users who love to do that to my quotes, and every time I reported it Steam took care if it with no trouble.
