I believe it was the same as Steam's user name, but unfortunately, I tried to launch the game for the first time after installing win10, and it no longer works
I tried uninstalling the old GFWL and installing a newer version but still get the error message "Failed to initialize GFWL".

Thanks for trying to help, I was able to fix the problem by adding xlive.dll "a 50kb file" to the game's directory, and I can play normally, except that the "Online" option is now disabled.

Thanks for sharing this, although I tried up to v3.5.95.0 with no success, I tried your link which is v3.5.93.0, and deleted the xlive.dll from the game's directory and got the same error message "Can not initialize GFWL", then I tried to restore the dll file to the game's directory, the game opens but "online" is still disabled.
Do your game's directory include this xlive.dll file?

Thanks for sharing this, I tried to validate the integrity of the game's files, Steam redownloaded 5 files, and finally, I was able to launch the game without the xlive.dll, after launching the game I logged into my Live account then the game downloaded two updates related to GFWL, and everything is working fine now.
