Steam authorization codes being sent to my phone
If steam authorization codes are being sent to my phone, does that mean my password has been leaked?

If you're not asking for them then probably yes.

You should change your password and make sure your email isnt compromised too.

just to be safe

make sure to do all of these

DO NOT TRADE
many scams try and scare you into trading your items and they get hijacked

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

At this point it's copy and paste, really. We encounter that stuff so often we can just pull up pre-made replies.

i am glad to help, but cannot take the credit for all of this

i used to add these as a quote, but it kept getting mixed with other quotes and was easier to just paste certain parts

hope everything worked out
