Not interested in Anime, but interesting in others' thoughts about games available through steam for 10-year old girls, which are multiplayer games.

I'm gonna assume you mean family friendly games or kiddy games.
I don't really know of a lot of family friendly games on steam, only some of the popular ones like the lego games, Spore, and the sims 3 .

Honestly though when I was a kid I use to play a game called Club Penguin, it's a disney MMO made for ages 9-14.

Here's a radical idea:

Ask the girl in question, or have her ask her friends, or ask their parents. I mean, I'm assuming you're asking on behalf of someone you know, yes? Otherwise, with names like "Sick" (Cik) and "Cringe" (Krinj) in your profile history, people might begin to wonder why you're looking for games that might attract 10-year old children.

What kind of multiplayer? MMO, cooperative, competitive? 2-4, 5-10, 20-30 players to a server? Also, what other things does this ten-year-old girl like? What's her maturity level? Is she incredibly smart and logical or your average ten-year-old?

Multiplayer games for girls? I don't think steam has multiplayer games targeted for girls. I think outside of steam you will find some. I could say animal jam is one, but you would need membership, which is cancer in my opinion.
