it's sad that you buy steam wallet codes after that "Your account is currently unable to use the Community Market"

Check the reasons, You need to buy a game from the market with a minimum price (no cdkeys or gift alowed) and stuff like that.

You've neglected to copy and paste the most important information which clearly states why you cannot use the market. If this is the message you are seeing; ''Your account must have a successful purchase older than 30 days, but not older than a year in order to access the Community Market''; you will need to buy something from the Steam Store and then wait 30 days.

You bought CSGO 10 days ago. 10 days is not 30 days is it?

You need to wait another 20 days as you lapsed from continued market access due to not buying anything from the Steam Store in the past year at least. The availability date that the market will unlock is clearly listed on the market screen. Pretty simple really...
