What is the smallest steam game?

I was recentally downloading some games and noticed that (even when games are gigabytes in size) Steam measures them in megabytes, it then occured to me that there are some good games out there that are *kilobytes!* And it got me thinking of what the smallest game on steam right now is. So, whats the smallest game on steam? And does steam measure it in kilobytes or does it do fractions of mega bytes, i couldnt find an answer on google.

The ones that i found:
1. America`s Army: Providing grounds dedicated server - this game is an empty folder (0B)
2. Back 4 Blood Beta. It used to be a game but now its an empty folder with short txt file. (14B)
3. Call of Duty Black Ops - Remote console. (just an addon to Call of Duty Black Ops) (768,12KB)
4. Penny Black. (a CMD dating sim) (175,72KB)
5. Spacewar (1,82MB)
6. Wolfenstein 3D (11,84MB)
7. Steamworks SDK Redist (40,14MB)
8. Deathmatch Classic (46MB)
9. Half-Life 2 episode One Soundtrack
10. Blast-Off (121,08MB)
11. Wolfenstein Enemy territory (224MB)
12. Eggs Catcher VR (246MB)
13. Counter-Strike (304MB)
14. Ricochet (16MB)
15. Unreal development kit (76B)
16. Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime (267KB)
And that`ll be it. Sorry that most of them are not games, but i was generally looking for the smallest thing on steam. (The smallest actual game from here is penny black. (175KB)
There are some non-steam small games:
1. .kkrieger (96KB)
2. Minecraft 4K (4KB)
Update: think i found the smallest actual game one - CMD 2048 (14KB)
